Elegant wall-mounted enclosure for modern control units

SMART-PANEL is specifically designed for today's intelligent building control and monitoring technology. The elegant appearance fits seamlessly into modern residential, commercial and industrial environments.

  • slim enclosure design in 3 sizes: square 84 x 84 mm and 114 x 114 mm as well rectangular 155 x 84 mm
  • prepared for installation on standard flush-mounted / cavity wall boxes
    S84/E155: with max. installation opening 61 mm / double flush-mounted boxes as well as larger, international installation boxes up to a max. height of 150 mm / width 61 mm
    S114: for larger wall boxes up to a max. height of 100 mm / width 100 mm
  • great looking – bottom part highly polished, top part with fine surface structure 
  • high-quality V0 ASA+PC-FR material in traffic white (RAL 9016)
  • rational, screwless enclosure assembly with snap-in function – this is a major advantage for subsequent servicing activities on site
  • flat, recessed area in one end for USB and Mini-USB connectors etc. as well as for opening the enclosure by means of a separate opening tool (in pairs as accessories)
  • recessed control panel protects membrane keypads, display/control elements, touch displays and much more
  • reduction of the internal wall thickness for partially backlit surfaces allows the light from LEDs positioned behind them to shine through (on request), making it ideal for temperature or individual status displays
  • assembly of the installation parts in the top part. Push-in phenolic resin hardboard plate as an accessory (size S114 on request - minimum quantity 100 pcs.) protects the underlying electronics from damage during installation/service, if required.
  • glass plate for high-quality applications included in the accessories range (size S114 on request, minimum quantity 100 pcs.), e.g. for use with displays etc. Rear printing possible on request.

Opening tool set Special tool set for SMART-PANEL enclosures. The set includes two identical tools which are used to easily and reliably open the enclosures. We recommend using both opening tools together at the same time. The tools are moulded in plastic and have a specially designed tip allowing them to be used precisely in the narrow release apertures on the underside of the enclosure. The set is ideal for on-site service technicians allowing them to gently open sensitive electronic/electrical equipment when needed.
